Remotely Backup Everything In Your Computer – Automatically

Backblaze.com “automatically” backs-up all your data with the exception of your operating system, applications and temporary files. You can backup as much as 4 GB per file. Even USB and internal drives are backed up. No picking files. No digging through folders. This is a $50/year unlimited storage service (or $5/month). You can restore everything through the web or get a DVD or USB drive sent to you via FedEx.

Personal note: I’m about as interested in this service as a serious groom-to-be. I recently lost 250 GB of data all because my nephew pulled the cable of my external drive that came crashing 6 feet from the shelf. The tech guy now tells me it’s going to take some hours and lots of money to restore and retrieve the data. Ugh! I’d pay but the inconvenience of several weeks isn’t worth it! $5/month isn’t bad.
