How to Listen and Ask the Right Questions

Human nature, upbringing and probably culture forces many of us to be talkers. In many situations, we usually love to talk about ourselves besides job interviews. However, I’ve learned a great deal from many coaches and mentors that listening well and asking the right questions produces some of the best results out of your encounter with people, be it for business or pleasure.
